from awe to zen

 

awe – a sense of wonder and reverence. amazement, admiration, astonishment, veneration.

balance – a state of equilibrium or harmony. stability, symmetry, proportion, alignment.

calm – ease or contentment, often associated with serenity. tranquility, peace, composure, serenity.

daily (tasks) – routine actions that shape our lives. chores, responsibilities, rituals, habits.

energy – vitality and drive that fuels our actions. vigor, strength, dynamism, zest.

finding – the act of discovery or realization. discovery, revelation, realization, uncovering.

grateful – a feeling of thankfulness and appreciation. content.

harmony – being in tune with the universe, balance between elements. accord, unity, peace.

introspection – self-reflection and deep thought. self-examination, contemplation, meditation.

joy – a pure sense of happiness and pleasure. delight, bliss, euphoria, ecstasy.

karma – the principle of cause and effect in life. fate, destiny, retribution, cosmic law.

love – deep affection and connection. affection, devotion, care, passion.

mindful – awareness of the present moment, with intention. aware, conscious, attentive, focused.

now – the present moment, free from past and future concerns. present, current, immediate, today.

om – a sacred sound and symbol representing the universe. vibration, mantra, cosmic sound.  

present – the current moment, where life unfolds. current, existing, immediate, momentary.

quiet – peace and calm, free from noise. stillness, silence, tranquility, calmness.

respect – deep admiration for someone or something. esteem, regard, honor, reverence.

slow – reminder to pace ourselves and embrace the present. deliberate, gradual, unhurried, relaxed.

tranquil – fundamental concept governing our experiences, peaceful, serene, calm.

u – yourself, self-awareness. self, identity, being, individuality.

values – principles that guide your actions and decisions. beliefs, ethics, morals, standards.

wonder – a sense of amazement and awe. curiosity, marvel, fascination, astonishment.

xen – "foreign" or "other," openness to new experiences. unfamiliar, external, foreign, new.

y – personal exploration or a question of "why." inquiry, exploration, questioning, seeking.

zen – a state of calm, focus, and meditation. serenity, mindfulness, peace, meditation.
